Managing and editing Open Interviews

Visit your Open Interviews page to manage and easily edit your open interviews.

Sorting

When looking at your list of open interviews, you have a few sorting options:

Job: This will sort your open interviews by the job title they are associated with.
Status: This will sort your open interviews by their status (active or inactive).
Absolute: This will sort your open interviews by their absolute deadline. 
Relative: This will sort your open interviews by their relative deadline.
Created by: This will sort your open interviews by the name of the user who created them.

To sort your interviews, you can use the sorting dropdown or clicking the column headers.

Filtering

To quickly view your active or inactive open interviews, check the filters boxes in the right sidebar.

Activating/Deactivating

To activate or deactivate an open interview, click the button under the open interview you want to activate/deactivate.



Sharing

To share your open interview on social media, click the share button under the open interview you want to share.



Editing

To edit your open interview, click the edit button under the open interview you want to edit.



When you're editing an Open Interview, you'll have the option to Save as active or Save as inactive.



Save as active: This will save your open interview as active so candidates will be able to complete interviews via the link.

Save as inactive: This will save your open interview as inactive meaning candidates will not be able to complete interviews via the link.
